Decor and setup
Flower arrangements, candles, lanterns, rose-petal pathways, custom signs and colour themes. Send us a reference photo or description 3–5 days before and we coordinate with the camp.
Menu and dietary changes
The Private BBQ can be adjusted: specific meats, vegetarian mains, a particular cuisine style and additional courses. The Hideaway fine-dining menu accommodates dietary requirements and can have courses added.
Timing
Private safaris have more flexible timing than shared-camp evenings. Tell us your preferred schedule and we confirm what is workable.
Photographer
Available for Private, Glamorous and Hideaway levels. They know the key moments, deliver edited photos within 48 hours. Ask for a quote at booking.
Celebration add-ons
Birthday cakes, anniversary messages on the sand, fireworks (where permitted), surprise musicians and personalised menus. Each needs 3–5 days notice.
Proposals
Tell us you are proposing. We coordinate the timing, the host's role, the photographer position, flower arrangement and the light direction at the key moment.

How much notice do I need?
Most decoration and menu requests need 3–5 days. Photographers need 5–7 days for high-season bookings. Fireworks need at least a week.
Can I change the menu completely?
Within the camp's kitchen capacity, yes. Tell us your preferences and we confirm what is possible.
Does customisation cost extra?
Some things are free (timing, seating, basic menu adjustments). Flowers, photography, cakes and fireworks cost extra — quoted in advance.
