How we verify reviews
We invite every guest to review by WhatsApp 24 hours after their safari. Reviews are matched to a booking reference, never incentivized with discounts, and never edited beyond removing personal contact details. Critical reviews stay up, with our response underneath — how a company answers a problem tells you more than a five-star average.
