What are VIP Desert Events?
Grand Events is our large format service: an entire desert venue taken over for your night. We handle the venue, transport logistics, staging, lighting, sound, custom catering and entertainment, whether it is a wedding on the sand, a corporate gala, a product launch or a celebration for hundreds of guests.
For smaller styled evenings of up to about 40 guests, the Glamorous safari is usually the better fit and quicker to arrange.
What we handle
- Full venue takeover at a licensed desert location
- Guest transport from Dubai, from 4x4 convoys to coaches
- Staging, lighting and sound production
- Custom catering from buffets to plated fine dining
- Entertainment: traditional shows, bands, DJs, fireworks where permitted
- Event management team on site through the night
